Every note is read personally. A first reply arrives within two working days, sometimes sooner, and it names honestly whether the container you are looking for is a session, a retainer, a talk, or a clean referral elsewhere.

A first note reads best when it sounds like the writer, not like an intake questionnaire. A short paragraph on the situation, one on the actual question, and a line on the timeframe is enough. Preferred language, English or Russian, is welcomed at the top so the reply can arrive well pointed.

There is no calendar link and no automated intake. The door is a real inbox, on purpose. Nothing autopays, no card is held on file, and the pace of correspondence stays thoughtful.
